Since 2018, through the projects I’ve been continuously developing, I’ve learned something crucial:
Fatigue doesn’t only come from a lack of sleep.
What has truly helped me comes down to three things:
Relaxation, structure, and connection.

I transformed from a 94 kg couch potato who spent every bit of free time numbed in front of the TV
to a 78 kg creative project manager who now spends most of her spare time creating content about happiness, health, relaxation, and learning.
