Introduction
Hello everyone! I’m Mona, I’ve been living in my car since 2018, creating content in six languages, and helping people grow, live more consciously, and do something meaningful with their time.
Today’s topic is how you can go from being a passive consumer to an active creator in just 30 days. Maybe this sounds familiar: You watch YouTube videos, scroll through social media, or binge-watch series, but at the end of the day, you feel like you haven’t really used your time productively.
What if, instead, you created something? A blog, a video, an eBook, an audiobook – something that helps others grow? Today, I’ll show you how to achieve that in 30 days.
This workshop is available in all six languages. You can find the full schedule of live workshops in the main blog article linked below.
Part 1: The Shift from Consumer to Creator
📌 Question for you: How much time do you spend daily on passive consumption? Be honest! Is it 30 minutes? An hour? More? Write it in the chat!
💬 My perspective: I used to spend hours consuming content—watching series and movies—but in the end, I had created nothing. Only when I started living actively, when I moved into my car in 2018, did I decide to start producing content, and that changed my life completely.
📌 Question: Have you ever published something? A video, a blog post, a picture, a text? Or is something holding you back? Write it in the chat!
💬 My perspective: Many people think they need perfect equipment or more knowledge. But that’s not true. You can start with what you have! I didn’t begin with high-end cameras or professional software—I just started.
Part 2: The First Steps – Your 30-Day Plan
Now, let’s move to the practical part: Your 30-day plan to transform from a consumer into a creator. Feel free to take notes or check the blog post later!
📅 Week 1: Shift Your Mindset & Gather Ideas
✅ Recognize your value: You have knowledge and experiences that can help others. Whether it’s about languages, travel, cooking, or personal development—your knowledge is valuable!
✅ Create a topic list: Write down everything that excites you. What are you good at? What interests you?
✅ Choose a platform: YouTube, blog, eBooks, audiobooks – where do you want to start?
✅ Reduce passive consumption: Set limits, for example, no Netflix or social media after 8 PM.
📌 Question for you: Do you already have an idea of what you want to create? Write it in the chat!
📅 Week 2: Create Your First Content
✅ Your first project: Create a short video, a blog post, or a voice recording. It doesn’t have to be perfect!
✅ Publish it! Yes, really. Post it, share it – this is the most important step!
✅ Set a small goal: For example, one video per week or one blog post every two weeks.
✅ Observe your feelings: How do you feel after your first upload? Write it down!
📌 Question for you: What’s still holding you back? Fear of criticism? Doubts? Write it in the chat!
💬 My perspective: When I uploaded my first video, I was also worried that people wouldn’t like it. But: No one starts perfectly. The only way to get better is to do it.
📅 Week 3: Stay Consistent & Improve
✅ Get feedback: Ask friends or the community for honest feedback.
✅ Develop a routine: Block specific times for content creation.
✅ Try new formats: Test different styles – live streams, articles, audio formats.
✅ Share & connect: Tell others about your content!
📌 Question for you: Have you ever received feedback on something you created? Write it in the chat!
💬 My perspective: Feedback is incredibly valuable! You don’t have to follow all of it, but small adjustments can make a big difference.
📅 Week 4: Strengthen Your New Identity
✅ Reflect: Look at how much you’ve accomplished in 30 days.
✅ Recognize your progress: Compare your first content with what you’re creating now – you’ll see the difference!
✅ Set long-term goals: What do you want to achieve as a creator in the next 3, 6, or 12 months?
✅ Celebrate success! You’ve created something – and that’s amazing!
📌 Question for you: How do you feel after this plan? Do you believe you can do it? Write it in the chat!
💬 My perspective: The hardest part is starting. Once you begin, it gets easier – and you’ll notice how much your life changes.
Part 3: Your Questions & My Conclusion
Now it’s your turn! Drop your questions in the chat—whether about motivation, tech, or content ideas.
✨ My conclusion: Everyone can be a creator. It’s not about starting perfectly—it’s about starting at all. So, start today!
🔥 Challenge: Post your first video, blog post, or voice recording within the next 24 hours. Tag me if you’d like, and I’ll check it out!
💬 Final question for you: What’s your first step after this workshop? Write it in the chat!
